The Rise of Guest Self-Upload at Events

Why letting guests contribute photos creates a richer, more complete event album.

Professional photos capture the polished moments, but guest photos capture the candid, behind-the-scenes magic that makes events memorable. Guest self-upload lets attendees contribute their own smartphone photos directly to your event gallery. The result is a more complete album that tells the full story of the event. For photographers, this adds value to your service without extra work. Clients love seeing both professional and candid perspectives in one place. Set upload limits per guest to manage storage, and review submissions before they go live if you want quality control. Many photographers find that guest photos become some of the most-shared images from the event.
